I created this podcast in 2017 as a love resource to help people build and maintain healthy relationships. I believe tools, strategies and resources are pathways to love. Love is the ultimate answer. Depending on the circumstance, love may show us as a hug, smile, respect, forgiveness, training or information. I believe relationships are safe spaces where we learn and grow. I see growth as a form of love. Being intentional about our growth is a form of self-love. It is my intent to ensure each episode is created from a space of love. The title of today's episode is 'Finding Love.' It offers a perspective on seeing love in different forms so we can be intentional about finding love.
