Episode 92 of the Common Weal Policy Podcast
You can download the episode directly here.
This week, Craig talks to Gillian Mair and Alison Watters the Co-Convenors of Now Scotland, a members-led, grassroots organisation campaigning for Scottish independence as soon as possible. They discuss what Now Scotland is trying to add to the independence movement in terms of facilitating cross-group discussions and campaigning as well as several policy motions that the members of Now Scotland are presently advocating for within the organisation; namely for campaigning and messaging training, training in non-violent direct action campaigning, a focus on the climate emergency and for an independent Scotland to sign the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons.
You can find out more about Now Scotland, including how to join the organisation at https://www.nowscotland.scot
