In today's episode we shift away from agile and discuss a Lean Methodology concept, Work In Progress. Like so many others I have had a project going for every game on my shelf. Over the past year I've worked on several strategies to limit how many 'active' projects I have. In this episode I'll discuss some of the more recent strategies I've implemented to help control work in progress. We'll also do a tabletop recap and discuss the holiday sale at Plaay.
