After two encounters with the Tallahassee police department over weed, Rachel Hoffman was encouraged by investigator Ryan Pender to become a confidential informant and have potential felony charges reduced or dropped. Rachel was murdered during the sting operation and a cover-up and smear campaign followed quickly thereafter by the parties responsible for her death. This week, Matt and Carolanne talk about the murder of Rachel Hoffman.
