When CoachGlo approached me several years ago with this idea about wanting to write a book, and knowing her story of recovery, I was eager to see her do it. And when the opportunity came to help her publish her memoir, I jumped at the chance.

"A Girl From Southern Boulevard" is the unflinching story of a woman who fell victim to vice and has come out on the other side with purpose, passion, and power, all while staying true to her roots in the South Bronx.

CoachGlo has been life coaching women for over 25 years with a niche in empowerment and addictions. She has overcome her own chapters of depression, alcoholism, self-doubt, and procrastination. CoachGlo has regularly hosted women’s retreats devoted to self-love and self-care.
