Revival is eagerly sought after by many in Christendom without much thought or willing to pay the price! Revival is not produced by human beings, it is purely divine. Men can only take an emotional experience and can hype it up so much by giving it a name ‘heaven sent revival!’ This will die down soon without producing any lasting spiritual fruit. Biblical Revivals are unique, powerful and valuable. We notice the marks of a true revival both in Scripture and history. God comes to revive his weakened people and sets them on fire. May we desire a true spiritual revival, humble ourselves and pray for a great awakening in our land by seeking the face of God forsaking all of our wickednesses! Lord, bend us and send us a revival in Jesus’ name! Amen. SDG.
