On this episode we are joined by Kwesi Millington. Kwesi is a former RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) Officer who was involved in a very high profile case resulting in the death of the individual involved. Kwesi was cleared of wrong doing for the force used but was later unjustly incarcerated for perjury, 10 years after the original incident. During the darkest time he emerged to focus on being of service to others and has since become a speaker and trainer on the topic of resilience and an advocate for suicide prevention for youth and first responders.
