Morning Routine
Begins the night before: Try to get 7 hours of sleep
Wake up between 4:30 and 5am each day
Thank you - look at my wife and
Get water - Psyllium Husk (Fiber)
Sit down and pray
Say my vision statement -What I want to happen by 45 years old
Post one Bible quote to Social Media
Sweat - run/bike/walk while praying Morning Prayers and the Catechism in a year
Shower
Get dressed and get the kids ready
Drive to work and listen to a podcast
