Without question our genetic make-up plays a big role in how our mental and physical biology’s are formed. So, when it comes to our skillsets, whether it be leadership, how fast we can run, or our reading ability, it would be easy to write these things off as natural talents that were gifted to us at birth. However, through personal and work experiences, I have witnessed firsthand how this could not be further from the truth, and if willing, just about anything in our lives can be improved upon through hard work and purposeful approaches.
