In this episode, we discuss the landmark trial published in JAMA, which evaluated the efficacy of eCPR over standard strategy. We believe although a well-conducted trial, it's still not enough evidence to decide one way or the other w.r.t performing eCPR in patients with out of hospital cardiac arrest.
