Happy Monday, everyone! We are in the home stretch of the movie.

In minute 94, you lose! Well…Charlie and Grandpa Joe lose. David does his interpretation of Willy Wonka’s “good day” speech, and Grandpa Joe’s response. David finds translations for Wonka’s latin, and he and Jason try and parse what it means in the context of the film, if anything. David brings some knowledge about the history of printing copying, due to Wonka’s mention of a photostatic copy of the contract. We also talk about what Grandpa Joe’s retort to Wonka reveals about himself.
