Thirty years ago, the Earth was plagued by a new race of humans who could wield flames - called the Burnish - destroying a large portion of humanity. After fighting head-to-head with the leader of the Mad Burnish, newbie firefighter recruit Galo begins to question everything he previously held to be true.
