‼️Talking all things EQ from a generational standpoint.  

While studies show that older generations show greater degrees of resiliency and independence, there is the potential for individuals of any age to exhibit emotional immaturity, even the Gen X’rs.

 In terms of mental health, the younger generations suffer with greater degrees of anxiety and depression but are also more open to seeking help.
