Wow this one really kicked my ass. You do a podcast for a year where you basically hit the record button and wing it for an hour with absolutely no edits and not technical responsibilities, to what Myantology has become and it's like going from serving drinks on an airplane, to building an airplane. Good thing I love it. They tell you that when you're a kid, "do what you love." I am pretty sure a fifteen minute podcast about an internet social news aggregate was not what I had in mind at the time... but here we are.
Rule 8 was an adventure I didn't see coming and I really learned a lot. Even some things about myself. Mostly good. u/AlarmedScholar and u/Leaf_Currency (among other mods I'm sure) did some fantastic work maintaining the ruse that was Rule 8 and I now further understand the wild west that is the realm of Reddit moderating. ...Or is that moderation? Eh I'm sure they both apply, after all, everything in moderation, right? Including... ah you know the rest.
Ok, I've never stood in front of a computer more than I have for this episode so I'm signing off, taking a day to myself and then getting to work on episode 96.
