Mannina is called to the city’s west side for a fraud investigation at a local hotel. She finds him in a fit of rage at the front desk where the victim says there’s a charge that he knows for a fact he didn’t make. Once tempers calm down, it’s discovered the charges were made by someone who’s very close to him and the disappointing revelation leads to a near fatal outcome.
