In April of 2011, friends and family members of a Virginia businessman had not heard from him for several days. After a number of calls, police went to his home to perform a wellness check, but what they found inside definitely indicated that the man was not well.

At the time of his disappearance, Jim, who would have been 62 this year, was 5' 9" and 190 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. He was a mechanical engineer and was single with no children at the time of his disappearance. He was possibly taken from his home rolled in a tan Berber carpet.
