1 Corinthians 2:14 tells us that the natural man is not designed to receive from God. But, 2 Corinthians 5:17 says the new man is in Christ. As a believer you're re-created to live and move in this environment. God can get you what you need to receive in the Spirit. Anyone can access this realm as long as they're in Christ!
