Man vs Marriage

Episode 96 - Disagreements: Can They Define Your Relationship?

Listen Later

Like opinions, disagreements are something seemingly every relationship has as well. Should a serious disagreement define your relationship? That is the question posed in this episode. Relationships aren’t easy they take time, intention, and love to name a few things. Join us in this episode as we discuss a real life experience that came from a disagreement between Jeanne and I, things got heated and I found myself in a declining mindset. It is times like these that taking a step back and giving yourself a chance to swim out of the emotions and take a deep breath.

Disagreements come in all shapes and sizes they also burn at different temperatures, some disagreements we are more heavily invested in emotionally so we can find ourselves fighting to win the argument even though our position may be wrong. Jeanne and I work extremely hard at not fighting to be right but fighting for what is right for our relationship.

It is part of my code to admit when I’ve gotten something wrong and it doesn’t stop at the microphone. Listen in and learn all you can from my experiences. Live studly my men!
