This week we get into a whole lot but the topic at hand focuses our conversation, and that of course is the need for therapy! This magical adventure into the depths of my spirit touches on countless things, but some highlights include a description of this interesting space I'm occupying, my discovery of the outrageous prices in the online therapy ecosystem, the world's need for a free to the public healthcare system, a purchase and installation of a tushy bidet (lol), and speaking on the philosophy of only controlling our reactions since so much is out of our control.
