Hannah is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Practitioner, and online health and fitness coach! Hannah always brings the truth bombs when it comes to health, hormones, and fat loss -- and that holds true in today's episode!


Together, the girls dive into all things Post-Birth Control Syndrome (PBCS). Hannah discusses her decision to transition off of hormonal birth control, how she prevented pregnancy during that time, and the changes she made from a nutrition, fitness, lifestyle, and mindset standpoint to support her body. Your hosts and Hannah also dive into the changes and issues that birth control can create within the body, and Hannah discusses the difficulties she experienced with her body (very similar to Kara), as she gained 20 lbs and lost her period for an entire year post-birth control.
