Blacklisting is unethical and discriminatory. The legal term of a blacklist is a list of individuals or organizations designated for special discrimination or boycott, also to put a person or organization on such a list. So when companies put people on lists that they don't like their political beliefs they blacklist them, they discriminate against them. These are the same people who shouted about discrimination, that said intolerance was bad. Created laws against it. Put in employee handbooks about the subjects. However, they failed to think about political discrimination. Political hate. Workplace conflicts because of political discrimination. Corporations putting people who use to work for someone else that they hated, put on blacklists and pushing discrimination by other companies against these former employees. But, when politicians and corporations blacklist they say it is ok, they want to get back at their enemies. So they push all the laws to the side on discrimination. They put the constitution to the side and don't follow the laws but instead put a politician agenda to override the laws. Blacklisting is evil and the worse kind of unethical behavior. It is time to call politicians out on their behavior of hate and to stop corporations from creating blacklists of political hate on individuals in this nation.
