Science is the study of the physical world. Science and the scientific method are valuable tools to learn about the world and the universe. Scientism is a philosophy that teaches science is the only method to attain reliable knowledge. Science is consistent with the Christian worldview while the philosophy of scientism is not. At the 2023 Evidence and Answers conference, Christian apologist Dr. Richard Howe explained the difference between science and scientism and the basic flaws of scientism.
