My guest on today's episode is Freddy Corona.

Freddy is the owner and trainer of @corona_boxing_club. He has been boxing on and off since he was a kid and started his gym in hopes to pursue his passion so one day he might fight in a professional level. He started his gym in Wilmington so that the youth could have an outlet to take out their frustrations and get away from the gang life that surrounds some of them. On this episode we get to know Freddy in a more personal level. We find out about his gym, what he hopes to accomplish and we reflect on some of the choices we have made in our past.
