Terlingua has been one of our favorite restaurants for years and we are excited to share this conversation with you. The co-owners tell us the story of how Terlingua started from roots down in Austin, Texas and made its way to Portland, Maine. We discuss the food and cocktail menu, the building of their smoker, upcoming events, as well as the opening of their new restaurant, Ocotillo.
