Episode #99 - Separate your worth from your work with Jen Ables

Our identity can be wrapped up in what we do, which can lead to feelings of unworthiness or failure, when we have set backs in our business or carreer. But Jen believes that we should focus more of who we are! 

I always ask my guests at the beginning of the show " tell the audience who you are and what you do" and I really loved her answer to this question!

Jen has shares her story about 2 major identity shifts(caused by injury and ehalth issues) in her journey first as a dancer and then as the founder of a non-proft society that allowed her to learn this valuable lesson to separate your worth from your work! 

Today she believes that rock bottom was the solid foundation she used to rebuild herself!

Jen now works with people to help them re-discover their gifts!
