The first regional rankings were released and they...aren't actually rankings! Still, there is a decent amount to be gleaned from the teams included. I provide some caveats for discussing the rankings at this point, and then I went region-by-region and discussed how I think the teams are currently lined up and which teams are in best shape to get in at-large. In order:

• Region III - New York (at 10:30)
• Region IV - Mid-Atlantic (at 12:50)
• Region V - Mid-Atlantic (at 16:50)
• Region VI - South (at 19:35)
• Region VII - Mideast (at 22:15)
• Region VIII - Central (at 26:20)
• Region IX - Midwest (at 28:40)
• Region X - West (at 31:40)
