In the past ten years, Justin has won multiple awards for his auctioneering trade; including 2018, 2017, 2016 & 2013 REIQ Auctioneer of the Year and  2019, 2017 & 2016 Australasian Auctioneer of the Year.   
Justin discusses how his fear of public speaking was a big motivator in his career, the humbling moments of building a business and the challenges he faced leading a team. Justin also has a unique and insightful way of measuring his own success.
