Steve Irving has been the Dartford FC co-chairman for nine years, having been involved with the management of the club at board level for pushing 30 years. He had been a fan of the club before, and is one of the men who saved the club from extinction in the 1990’s. In recent times, the club has moved to a new stadium (Princes Park) that they own – having been tenants previously – and Steve has also been a staunch advocate of the Women’s game. The club is aiming to get to Step One of the English football non-league pyramid but is focused on doing that in a sustainable manner.
