Since 2020 I have been holding monthly AstroDream groups in which we've been exploring the energies of the current season in creative ways as well as meditating to use the energies more intentionally in our lives.

This episode features my first recording of the initial part of the group, before we get into the shares and Dreamwork. We look at the different "Week" energies of the week, from Pisces/Aries transition week through to Aries/Taurus (which is this week coming up!)
