Join in the conversation as I look at this notion that parenting is a woman's job. Also I look at the pressures society places on women to be able to juggle everything and have balance yet it is not required of the same for men. In her response on a notion that stay home moms children have a lesser chance at being successful. She said that 'I hope by staying at home it signals to my children we must fight for real choice: for a society that values caring, and structures paid work so that both women and men can participate in caring and thus be truly fulfilled, successful humans. (And, by the way, I followed my mother’s advice.)
