Questions for you to continue "Rebuilding Your Inner Voice" at home:

What relationship would you like to have with your inner wisdom?

What small step can you take today to begin to build that relationship?

Emma first learned about the inner critic and inner wisdom from her own teacher/mentor/coach, Andrea Leda Wilborn and Tara Mohr's book, "Playing Big".

Emma used the phrase, "Data Over Drama" which she learned from Chris Wilborn.
