Teachers spend so much time overwhelmed by waves of theory, pedagogy and quality first teaching that it's very easy to forget that it's often the simplest things a teacher does that students cherish most. Besides, how often do we get a chance to actually sit down with learners to ask: Is it working? What helped? What shall we scrap? What shall we double up on? In this episode, we get a brief insight into exactly this.
