More than a punctuation these suckers are an almost death sentence that occurs every single month for so many women across the world. On this episode, we are diving into the experience that is having periods, the bad, the awful, and the horror. I share my own story, do some ranting, and share some suggestions that I have to improve them as I try to end the stigma.
