We dive into some behavioral concepts such as the transtheoretical model which posits that health behavior change involves progress through six stages of change: pre-contemplation, contemplation, preparation, action, maintenance, and relapse. We also discuss motivational interviewing as a coaching strategy to help move you through these stages.
