Friends, 

It breaks my heart today to be re-releasing this episode of the VA Podcast and to share with you that my friend, client, supporter and global changemaker, Louisa Tew left this world on Tuesday, December 5th in her sleep. 

Please observe with me, a minute of silence to honour her memory, and then drink in her spirit in a special re-release of her episode on Ethical Outsourcing. 

She will be remembered here as one of our biggest cheerleaders, inspirations, and leader of the fight for equality for women around the world.
