In today's episode Dan talks to John Knight, the Founder and MD of Business Depot, a trendy agency specialising in accountancy, marketing and business consultation.
After working as an accountant in a traditional film, John realised if he wanted to bring something extra to his clients then he will have to start his own, and so Business Depot was founded.
Since opening its doors five years ago, Business Depot has become a great success, earning its reputation of being a cool, young and approachable business service agency that go above and beyond for their clients.

John talks to Dan about managing a team of 50 people, how he copes with that mentally and what ultimately drives him day to day.  John is very humble about his journey but there is a lot to take from it, we hope you enjoy it.
