Don’t throw those trainers away! Today’s chat is all about keeping fit post marathon and the benefits that exercise can have on our mental health.

Exercise can, and should, be enjoyable even without a medal at the end of it, and combining socialising with sport could be the key to consistency - whether it’s joining a running club or rediscovering old team sports you once loved, it can keep you accountable and is a great way to meet new people, too.

Our hosts are reminiscing on their favourite sports from their school days (who knew Jamie was a record javelin thrower?), setting smaller, achievable goals, and Jamie has grand plans to swim the Channel… stay tuned!
