My name is Zaina and I wanted to create a podcast that speaks to people and can be relatable. 
I stay up late to get a few hours of “me time” in after my fiancé and kids go to bed. And usually those few hours are spent in a haze. You know the one where your brain can finally process all the events of the day and you are thinking about everything. When you just want to clear your mind so you can finally fall asleep.
