I Wanna Be A Rock Star!
 
Was your goal to be a Rock Star or Rap Star as a kid?  It was mine!  I got a Screaming Red Electric Guitar for Christmas when I was 12.  I didn't become the rock star I wanted to be. But, back then I didn't know about setting goals?
 
If you could do something that would give you a 42 % Greater Chance of getting the Job you want, Would You Do It?

Today I am going to share with you 4 Scientifically Proven Things You Can Do to give yourself a greater Advantage to Be A Rock Star at whatever you want to Achieve!
 
In 1953, Yale University Study of Goals Found  that only 3% of the graduating class had specific written goals for the future.  20 Years later that group was making 10% more than the group with no goals.
 
I learned this from motivational speakers for many, many years in their speeches. I used it too! 
 
It Never Happened! No Such Study Ever Conducted, At Yale or Harvard.
 
In 2007, Dr. Gail Matthews at Dominican University in San Rafael, CA - realized this type of study needed to be done. She and a team of researchers tested 4 Key Beliefs in Goal Setting.
 
5 Groups.
Group 1 - THINK ABOUT THEIR GOALS they want to achieve over the next 4 weeks
 
Group 2 - WRITE YOUR GOALS DOWN - Specific goals to achieve in the next 4 weeks
 
Group 3 - WRITE GOALS DOWN & Create ACTION PLANS
 
Group 4 - WRITE GOALS DOWN, Create ACTION PLANS & Send Plans to SUPPORTIVE FRIEND
 
Group 5 - WRITE GOALS DOWN, Create ACTION PLANS & Send Plans AND PROGRESS REPORTS to SUPPORTIVE                             FRIEND.
