Closing in on their suspect, Justin,  Agents Silversmith and Vasquez are even more surprised to discover clues as to who may really be holding the strings.  Meanwhile, the soul device Justin and Raoul have been working on for Ishani Singh, is nearly ready.  But it must be tested and the results are not what anyone expects.
