This week on Random Telly Vision, we’re watching The Last Kingdom! 

Written in a similar vein to The Last Unicorn, this show follows a mythical creature called a Kingdom. The last of their kind, the Kingdom has a similar plumage to a kingfisher, but the body of a lion. The show follows this last kingdom‘s journey across many countries, discovering other animals in its own lonely position and forming a fantastically mixed family. 

This is, of course, the historical drama series based on the books by Bernard Cornwell.
