Women Like Judy

Episode Three: Clara Provost [Fitchburg, MA]

Listen Later

In January of 1974, Clara Provost was murdered in her own home by a man who stalked her for months. Her family, especially her sister and best friend Beatrice, fought for thirty-eight years to see the perpetrator finally convicted. Clara’s life was much more than the tragedy that happened to her; Beatrice’s moving tribute to her sister shows just how benevolent and brave Clara really was.
