Episode Notes: Toral Fadia, M.D., is a psychiatrist, double-boarded in general/adult psychiatry and child/adolescent psychiatry. She completed her residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park, NY. She completed her child/adolescent fellowship at East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C. She has 25 years of clinical experience and has been practicing outpatient psychiatry since relocating to Atlanta in 2008. It is her passion and privilege to help patients recover and grow from psychological suffering, using therapy, lifestyle tweaks, mindfulness, and medications. Of all her tools, what she has found most effective is connection- with loved ones and mostly with oneself.
