Myke and Sy work in and run, a data-focused Talent Management boutique consultancy in the US. They are both also teaching graduate and undergraduate organizational psychology classes, along with being very active in regional and national talent-related groups including ATD Long Island.

Sy and Myke are regularly publishing research and presenting at SIOP.

They are also long-time friends and colleagues with Ben, and were nice enough to let him interview them for his first-ever episode of Business Psychology Unplugged (Thanks lads!)
