Episode Twelve meet Colleen Morrissey.  Colleen got started as a go-go dancer and cocktail server.  She learned to bartend by watching the bartenders flair and mix drinks and they helped her move behind the bar.  She has high volume bartending experience in Atlantic City's Casino nightclub nightlife and has been doing it for 12 years.Colleen offers us a glimpse into casino style bartending and talks about the union that bartenders and servers are a part of.  She has great advice for newbies in the industry and we'd love to know what you think!
