In today's episode Dan talks to Emma, the founder of Injex Cosmetics.

Injex Cosmetics started in 2015 and has since become a massive success. Together with her sister, Emma has grown a large customer following and has built up a team of highly skilled nurses.  In 2017, Emma was left heart broken when her one and only clinic burnt down, she discusses with Dan her mindset after the fire and how she built her business back up.

Emma has since won an Entrepreneur of the Year award and is now looking to expand to a second clinic to keep up with the high demand.

Dan talks to Emma about her leadership, working with family and how to get ahead in the cosmetic beauty world.
