I remember being told ‘you need 11 touchpoints before you can convert a prospect into a customer’. Over the years I’ve also been told that number is 7 … or even 8 touchpoints that you need. How confusing! The great thing is there’s now some new, reliable research that’s come out that can put an end to this debate. Exactly how many touchpoints do we need? Or do we even need to focus on touchpoints at all? Michael Humblet reveals all in this episode.
