Pause Reset Brunch was born out of a desire to emphasize the importance of balance in women’s lives. Through my own experiences, I’ve come to realize how crucial mentors, advocates, strong support systems, and self-confidence are to personal growth. I’m passionate about helping others, especially women, unlock their full potential. The ultimate goal is to make Pause Reset Brunch a global movement, one city at a time. With its panel format, the brunch brings together inspiring voices to share how they’ve overcome obstacles, practiced self-care, and much more. My mantra remains the same: it’s okay to not do it all — and, most importantly, to not feel guilty about it!
The Pause Reset Brunch podcast became a way to reach you — whether at home, on your commute, or during your walks. It’s been an incredible learning experience, and I’ve grown with each episode.
