Karen is a chartered town planner and project manager specializing in urban integration and city management strategies. Karen’s keen interest in humancentric design sees her leading a number of participatory co-design projects on well-being and creating shared value through cross-sector collaborations, including Transitional Social Housing, intergenerational play space design concept, and age-friendly community planning. She is the co-author of the “Tackling Double Ageing with Double Smart” article which won the HKIP Awards in 2019.
