Karlton E. has had a bit of a different work background and path then most of my previous guests. He has spent time in the military, and has a degree in criminal justice. He then spent time in the juvenile correction industry, before deciding that he really wanted to work in tech, and more specifically, information security. Now he's moving on to greener pastures in cyber and moving back to Arizona from Pittsburgh. We also talk about his experience being a podcaster, and the direct tie between detention work and cyber security. New guy incoming! Let's treat him right.
